PADI SCUBA Certifications
Captain Garrett is a certified PADI Open Water SCUBA Instructor and is excited to offer diving aboard Bella! Whether you are already certified or have never thought about diving until now, we have a course to suit your needs.
We only offer diving during our Bahamas season. With water temps ranging from 74 degrees in the cooler months to over 85 during the summer, and visibility almost always over 50 feet, the Bahamas are possibly the best place you'll find to learn. Come experience to crystal clear waters and gorgeous reefs like you never have before! Our course options are listed below.
We provide all scuba specific gear aboard Bella (regulators, BCD's, weights, tanks, and computers) but you will need to bring your own mask, snorkel, and fins as well as a wetsuit if desired. All courses except Discover Scuba Diving are limited to 2 persons per charter due to the limited tank storage aboard and number of dives required for each course. Fun dives
$50 per person per dive
If you're already certified diving with us is easy! Simply let us know how many guests will be diving and how many dives you would like to do. We will choose dive sites once you arrive based on diver skill, specific interests, and as always weather. Sites range from easy 15' deep reefs for those looking for a refresher to swift drift dives and walls for more advanced divers.
If we are not able to complete the requested number of dives due to weather or other external factors, then we will refund you for any incomplete dives.
Discover Scuba Diving
$100 per person
Interested in diving but not yet certified? The discover scuba diving program is the perfect opportunity to test the waters and try scuba diving before taking the plunge on the full open water diver course. You will not receive a certification for this course, but your instructor will get you suited up in scuba gear, teach you some basic skills, and then take you on a real dive up to 40'(12m) deep!

Once you've completed your initial DSD additional dives are available for $50 per person per dive.
Open Water Diver
$500 Per Person
Ready to take the plunge? The open water diver course is the first step in your diving adventures. After completing the online eLearning, practicing skills in confined water, and completing 4 open water dives, you will become a certified open water scuba diver. Your PADI open water, and allows you to rent gear, book dive charters, and independently dive with a certified buddy worldwide!

Price includes eLearning, logbook, equipment, and all training dives as well as one free fun dive once you are certified.
Advanced Open Water Diver
$400 per person
Ready for the next step? The Advanced Open Water Diver course allows you to advance your skills while trying out new activities underwater. The course consists of 5 dives. These include a deep dive and underwater navigation practice. the next 3 are up to you! Options range from search and recovery practice to wreck dives and buoyancy practice. When you book this course we will choose the options that interest you most.

Specialties
$300 Per Person
Garrett can currently offer specialties including Deep Diver, Search and Recovery, Night Diver, Underwater Navigator, and Emergency Oxygen provider. Each of these courses consist of 3 to 4 dives that focus on building skills pretaining to your chosen specialty. Referals
$250 Per Person
Want to get a head start before joining us in Abaco? You can do the eLearning at home and then complete the confined water at your local dive shop. Then you only have to complete the 4 open water dives with us to become certified. If you would like to pursue this option let us know ahead of time so we can contact your local dive shop to make sure that we receive all of the necessary paperwork!
